On most weekdays, self-collection may also be arranged at NEX around noon.

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave with security, call upon arrival), you can add these during checkout.
No refunds will be issued if the delivery is missed. Due to Singapore’s weather, we will not be able to redeliver as the cakes may spoil. We do not use any preservatives in our cakes.
Stickers can be delivered together with your cake order.

Chubsy Sticker-Only Delivery [no cake]
- Delivery fee: $3 per address
- Complimentary delivery for non-cake orders above $20 with code “FreeCourier”
- Delivery takes 2-4 working days
For Chubsy Burnt Basque Cheesecakes, please store in the refrigerator. It’s best consumed within 3 days. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
We strictly do not accept any cancellations or refunds.
For all cake orders, date or timing changes can be made with at least 4 days notice. Last-minute changes (less than 4 days) are not possible as ingredients would have already been purchased and production scheduled.
